The password to all clan meetings is on Clan Website before the meeting.

All candidates must be higher then Sergeant, candidates may NOT vote for themselves, but may vote.

Elections are to be held in the forums of the official TcF website, if a clan member can not make a account on the web site, a general will take his vote and announce it in forum thread. Part 2

The {TcF} Web Site

Section I

The Forums

While on the forums, you are required to commit to the following: no cussing, racist, sexual, mean or content

No worthless posts like: 24223@#3282!

Section II

Section IV

Congress of War

Requirements to join: Must be a officer rank. (Unless special recommendation)

The Candidate must have been in the clan longer then three months.

The candidate is required to have a three fourths majority to be selected for the congress

A member of the Congress must be dedicated to the clan's legislative system and very active in forming rules, mending the constitution, and booting bad clan members.

Part 3

Internal and Inter-Clan Dealings

 Section I

The Dishonorable Discharge of a Soldier

Congress has to have  a 2/3rds vote in order for a clan member to be discharged.

A general may be impeached if there is a 4/5ths majority vote in the Congress Of War to do so.

Section II

Demotion & Promotion

In order to demote a soldier, a special session of Congress is to be held where two thirds of the Congressional Representatives must be in agreement. Members of the rank of General can demote without consent from Congress; however, Congress can retaliate and return the previous rank to the demoted if a majority vote of two thirds brought about during a congressional vote.

A soldier’s rank can only be increased by one unit per promotion at any one time. In the courses of an Election, this is subject to change. (See Part I, Section IV for more information)

Upon arriving in Officer Ranks, which start with Second Lieutenant – {SL}, members are allowed to promote another member who is two ranks below them. Objections can be made by Congress or a General, in which case the promotion is annulled.

  Section III

Multi- Claning

Enlistment Ranks can multi-clan in ally clans. Officer Ranks cannot multi-clan in any clans.

 Section IV

Diplomacy

Generals cannot change diplomacy statuses - they must make a formal demand in Congress to change diplomacy.

Amendments to the Constitution

First Amendment

I'd like to propose a change to the current Section II - Impeachment of our Constitution:

Section II

Impeachment

A general may be impeached if there is a 4/5 majority vote from the Commanding Council.

Which does not really make sense, because there is no such thing as a "Commanding Council" So, I'd like to amend it to say:

Section I

The Dishonorable Discharge of a Soldier

A general may be impeached if there is a 4/5ths majority vote in the Congress Of War to do so.

Second Amendment

I'd like to propose change to the Recruiting part of Section I, a clarification change:

Section I

Recruitment

Only Lance Corporal and above can recruit.

It's a bit vague so we're changing it to:

Section I

Recruitment

Sergeants and above can interview applicants, Officers can approve applications, and Elected Ranks can take the recruit's signatures.

Third Amendment

I'm proposing an Election Clarification Amendment to Section IV Elections from:

Section IV

Elections

Elections are to be held in the forums on this site.

If a clan member can not make a account on the website, you can have a general take your vote and put it in the forum vote.

All Candidates MUST be higher then Sergeant.

Candidates may NOT vote for themselves, but may vote. Elections are to be held every 3 months at the most. Elections are for a General and a Brigadier General. The Elections are held every 6 months unless it is an emergency election the elected general is assigned to a battalion to run it along with the Brigadier general he is elected with.

This is stuffed with things that don't follow so we've voted to change it into this:

Section IV

Elections

All candidates must be higher then Sergeant, candidates may NOT vote for themselves, but may vote.

Elections are to be held in the forums of the official TcF website, if a clan member can not make a account on the web site, a general will take his vote and announce it in forum thread. Elections are to be held twice a year, Summer Election (Representative Election), and Winter Election(General Election), a emergency election will be held in the case that there is less than two generals in office.

In the case that there is only one canidate for a position, the canidate must get over 5 votes to win. If there is more than one canidate, which ever canidates that recieves the most votes wins.

Fourth Amendment

This proposition not only expands on the ranking system, but also gives an in-depth experience to past constitutional writings that have followed a minor modification. The constitution currently reads:

Section II

Demotion & Promotion

The Generals themselves can demote, Congress needs two thirds vote in order to demote a soldier.

All promotions can only increase a soldier's status by one rank at a time. Subject to change in terms with Elections (see Part I Section IV).

After the rank of (SL) you can promote up to two ranks below tour current rank. (Unless there are objections made by the commanding council or general.

This amendment is to propose the change of the current Section II - Demotion & Promotion

to the following:

Section II

Promotions and Demotions

This amendment was drafted with a fully detailed overview on how to achieve your next rank, voted for and approved by a majority within the clan. Although it was part of the 4th amendment, for the sake of having a proper-looking Constitution, the details on rankings will be added to the Ranks page.
