Yes, because when ever I am away nothing happens. Like when a clan battle is scheduled and I'm not around nothing happens it seems. And the main reason is because no one else bothers setting up meetings, so your basically asking why don't I set up meetings I can't show at. I don't set up meetings I can't show up because I don't want to set up something I can't show up to and considering the fact that like 2 people only show to our 'meeting's one person will show without me and make it a failure not a meeting. | |

Also, it makes sense that the leader should know what's going on and have some say in it... on account of being, you know, the leader. | |

And the Leader should be present for each meeting when possible. If not he has a reliable Co-Leader to cover for him. Like Rick for example | |
