The Law Of {TcF}

Pt.1

Section I

Recruitment

Only Lance Corpral and over can recruit.

Section II

Battles

A rank of Gunnery Sergeant can authorize a offical clan battle.

All battles must be even Unlessit is aranged at a previous date(Ex. You arange the battle or war the day before the event.)

When defeated in battle, don't shout scream or yell, leave the battlefield respectfully, with honer and pride.

Section III

Clan Meetings

Must be put up on the web site before they are officiall.

The pass word to all clan meetings is on Clan Web Site before the meeting.

Section IV

Elections

Elections are to be held in the forums of this site.

If the clan member can not make a account on the web site, you can have a general take his vote and put it in the forum vote.

All Canidates must be higher then Sergeant

Canidates may NOT vote for themselves, but may vote. Elections are to be held ever 3 months at the most. Elections are for a General and Brigideer General running together. The canidates must get 5 votes to become a General and Brigideer General. The Elections are held every 6 months unless it is a emergency election the elected general is assigned to a battalion to run it along with the Brigideer general he is elected with.

Section I

The Forums

Rules

No Cussing

No Rascist, sexsual, mean, or cussing content

No Worthless posts like: "[email protected]#3282!"

Section II

{TcF} Servers

No Cussing

No booting fellow clan members

No Booting People Who Haven't done any thing wrong.

Section III

{TcF} On Any Servers

Keep cussing at a minimum at all times.

Don't Brake the server rules.

Respect the host.

Section IV

Congress Of War

Requirments to join:

Must be a officer rank.(Unless speacial exception.)

The Canidate must have been in the clan longer then one month.

The canidate is required to have a three fourths majority to be selected for the congress

A member of the Congres must be dedicated to the clan's legeslative system and very active in forming rules, mending the constitution, and booting bad clan members.

Pt.3

Section I

The Dis-Honerable discharge of a soldier.

If   Congress has to have  a 2/3rds vote a clan member may be dis-charged.

Section II.

Impeachment

A general may be impeached if thier is a 4/5ths vote from the Commander Council

Section III.

Demotion & Promotion

The Congress Of War or the generals themselves can domote, Congress needs a two thirds vote to demote a soldier.

After the rank of (SL) you can promote up to two ranks below your current rank.(Unless objections are made by the commander council or a general.)

Pt.3

Section I

Multi Claning.

Enlistment Ranks Can Multi Clan in Ally Clans.

Officer Ranks Can NOT multi Clan in any clans.
