I'd like to propose that we add a site for potential recruits to go to, since this site is mainly directed towards members. It could be named jointcf.webs.com or somthing. Since we have a decent recruitment video, we should utilize it by putting it on the frontpage. And maybe make a better one. We could also post times, how to apply for tcf, tcf main site link and some recruitment posters. Just a proposel. | |

And it takes about 2 months to get passed basic training and 3 months to get passed M.O.S. So 1 member every 5 months. | |

Actually Kevin, even though there is a five month delay between when you get the recruit, and when he becomes a member or whatever, if you are recruiting one per month, after the first five months, you will still gain one new member per month. Also, it takes five months to join the clan? You people will never get anyone to join... | |

The site will simply another useless thing and another protocol that will bore both the recruits and us. Krats is right, there is not much to withdraw from yet antoher website... Look at TcFNews, the marine website, ect... Not worth it - don't need it. Keep things real, keep things simple. | |

I agree with Krats. I did not know it took 5 MONTHS to join this thing. I just think we should give people the PFC and they can attend training if they want. But if they don't go to training, they cant be promoted. What do you think?

Hoboish. IT DOESN'T TAKE 5 MONTHS. IT TAKES 2 WEEKS. MOS ISN'T PART OF JOINING ITS JUST TRAINING. And fine no recruiting site, we can continue to have 4 active members on SWBF1. And The TcF Times is still active. | |
