Yeah, Congress is a bit much. I disagree; Penguin should be focusing on FRONTLINES right now. Also, if we always put out Recruiting adds that few peple will actually see, isn't it wasting our resources and time? The one we currently have is great! We shouldn't change it - not yet in any case. | |

Well now that the 67th has no leader hall of congress is going to be pretty worthless seeing as any controversal vote will likly be a 2 Vs. 2 there for not solving any thing.. | |

Thats the point - we shouldn't have anyone else. And you shouldn't be allowed to randomly appoint someone. It should be voted on, if anything. | |
