Five years of Brotherhood

This is a new rendition of the {TcF}'s flag, as voted on upon the 8th of June, 2011. The changes are a tighter look; making it more of the shape of a traditional flag, a smoother finish on all the colours as well as the Republic's roundel and a larger view of the latter. Most notably however, is the replacing of "{TcF}" to "Vode 'kay haar kyr", which is "Brothers 'til the end" in Mando'a.
